1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the participation in the ‘Tata Tea Premium Cashback Contest’ Campaign ("Campaign") organized by Tata Consumer Products Limited ("TCPL"). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Campaign Overview
a. This Campaign is valid on the purchase of below mentioned SKU packs of Tata Tea Premium and Tata Tea Premium Care (“Product”).

b. This Campaign is applicable only in Mumbai and select cities of Delhi NCR and Punjab.
c. This Campaign entitles the customer to receive an assured cashback starting from Rs. 25/- up to Rs. 1000/-.
d. This Campaign is applicable only in Reliance Retail Limited stores.
e. A maximum of one registration can be done per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per bank account during the Campaign.
3. Campaign Period
a. Only invoices/bills of purchase issued between 31-12-2025 to 29-01-2026 (both dates included) will be accepted for the contest.
b. For invoices issued on the last day of the contest (29-01-2026), cashback must be redeemed latest by 05-02-2026.
4. Eligibility
a. The Campaign is open to all Indian citizens aged 18 years and above in Mumbai and select cities of Delhi NCR and Punjab.
b. The customer must have access to a smartphone or device with internet connectivity.
5. How to Avail the Cashback
a. Customers are required to purchase the Product and scan the QR code provided on the in-store visibility elements.
b. The customer will be redirected to WhatsApp, where the customer shall be required to register themselves with their UPI ID, scan and upload their invoice.
• Customers must upload a valid invoice/bill for their purchase of Tata Tea Premium or Tata Tea Premium Care. The invoice/bill image must clearly display the following details: store name, date and time of purchase, offer product (any pack of Tata Tea Premium / Tata Tea Premium Care) and Tax Invoice Number (printed at the bottom of the bill).
c. The customer will subsequently receive the cashback within 1-2 business days.
6. Data Collection and Use
a. By participating in the Campaign, the customer consents to TCPL or its authorized agency to collect personal information such as name, UPI ID, etc.
b. The data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Campaign and in accordance with TCPL's Privacy Policy.
7. Publicity
The customers undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit TCPL to cover the Campaign through various media including but not limited to newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, social media etc., without any consideration and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
8. Intellectual Property
a. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received, if any, shall vest solely and exclusively with TCPL at all times. TCPL or any person or entity permitted by TCPL in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the customer.
b. All material submitted in connection with the Campaign (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of the customer are assigned to TCPL upon submission and become the property of TCPL exclusively. TCPL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit and may also make certain amends to the images shared. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of TCPL.
9. Dispute
a. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Campaign. Participation in the Campaign is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
b. Further all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of the customers and/or TCPL and/or partners of this Campaign, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Miscellaneous
a. TCPL shall not be liable to perform any of its respective obligations under the Campaign where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its control in the nature of pandemics, natural calamities, state emergency, riots, government restrictions, internet failure or any other force majeure conditions, etc.
b. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of TCPL.
c. TCPL accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of internet connectivity, unique codes, documents or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. TCPL shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
d. TCPL shall not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, incurred by the customer, in connection with this Campaign.
e. If a customer is dissatisfied with the Campaign or these T&C’s and/or any content or any requirements of the Campaign or the materials available related thereto, their sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in this Campaign and opt out of the same.
f. For any queries related to this Campaign, the customer can contact TCPL or its authorized agency at feedback@bigcity.in.
g. TCPL, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to amend / modify the Campaign, including the terms and conditions, whether retrospectively or prospectively, without any prior notice.
h. By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
